Child Safety Standards

TrainTracker by S2 Industries LLC is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially children. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

Our Standards

  • Zero tolerance for CSAE: TrainTracker strictly prohibits any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other exploitation of minors.
  • Content moderation: All user-generated content, including photos, descriptions, and profile information, is subject to automated and manual moderation to detect and remove prohibited content.
  • Reporting mechanisms: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app using the flag/report feature available on all sighting posts and user profiles.
  • Account enforcement: Accounts found to be in violation of these standards will be immediately suspended, restricted, or permanently banned. All associated content will be removed.
  • Law enforcement cooperation: TrainTracker complies with all applicable child safety laws and will report confirmed CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
  • Data retention: Evidence related to reported CSAE violations may be preserved and shared with law enforcement as required by applicable regulations.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on TrainTracker:

  • Any imagery or content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Attempts to groom, solicit, or exploit minors
  • Sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any content that endangers the safety or well-being of children
